K Camera Support

K Camera opens directly to a local color viewfinder. Here are the quickest ways to resolve common issues.

Camera permission

K Camera needs camera access for the live viewfinder and capture. If access was denied, open iPhone Settings, find K Camera, and enable Camera.

Saving to Photos

K Camera requests add-only Photos access when you take a photograph. If saving is blocked, follow the in-app Settings action, allow photo additions, and return to K Camera.

Profiles and controls

Swipe horizontally to choose SEOUL, JEJU, or BUSAN. Tap the viewfinder to focus, drag the exposure control, and select an available physical lens from the bottom controls.

If capture does not finish

Keep K Camera open and use the action shown by the app. A retry continues only the unfinished stage; it does not intentionally create another capture.

Contact support

Include the K Camera version, iPhone model, iOS version, what you expected, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Please do not send private photographs or other sensitive information.
